Chipped Beef (AKA SOS)

Ingredients (2 ounce) package dried beef1⁄4 cup butter1⁄4 cup flour2 cups milk1⁄8 teaspoon ground pepper Instructions Cut beef into ribbons or pieces. Melt butter in pan on medium heat.
